personal training packages

All packages are based on a four week training block and are dependent on the number of sessions wanted per week. Below are the most popular options but if there is something you wish to discuss, please feel free to complete a contact form in the contact section for more information. Please note, group personal training (2-3 people) is available so if you and a friend want to train together there is a group discount available.
