I’m here to educate you to make informed choices about your diet and lifestyle so that you can say YES to that night out with your friends, or that family meal next week, or even a coffee date for lunch without the guilt, all while improving your training and working towards your fitness goals. Not to give you a diet that will give short term results that is unsustainable. Personal training is about the long-term goals; giving you the information you need to make better lifestyle choices to enjoy life to it’s fullest while being the healthiest version of you.
What are the Benefits of Personal Training?
Training in the KCM Fitness studio means you have the place to yourself; no one to watch you and no reason to feel as though anyone is judging you! You can get your head down and work hard without the worry of being watched.
With me as your coach, all aspects of training will be logged and documented to show progress. From the initial progress photos and measurements, to calorie breakdown and macro split, as well as new PB’s and working set weights, everything will be available for you to go back and look over. All via a FREE app that’s included with your package.
Motivation & accountability
Our sessions will be full of enthusiasm and encouragement. Daily and weekly check ins are available as per your request and I am always available to answer any questions, queries or give you the motivation you need to get to the gym, with replies being the same day. No need to wait for your weekly appointment with your PT!
Here at KCM Fitness we pride ourselves on our clients feeling part of a community. We don’t want you to feel as though it’s just you and your client, that’s why we have a private Facebook page for our clients to communicate and encourage one another.
What's Included with 1-1 or group (2-3) Personal Training?
Initial written consultation forms to be completed online with a follow-up phone call/facetime or the option to have a consultation face to face.
weekly check ins
Check in once a week with updated weight, measurements and progress photos to ensure progress is being made and to make any adjustments where necessary.
Access to a free app where all information will be sent through including diet and training info.
The opportunity to ask any questions through the messenger aspect of the app.
training & cardio split
Individualised training and cardio plan specific to your goals and the number of sessions per week that you choose.
Programmes are based on the most recent research in the field and is updated every 4 weeks with a new plan, where needed, to ensure motivation levels stay high.
Exercise form check
Conducted through the 1-2-1 sessions and on Whatsapp for any additional training done in your own time, I will analyse your form on the videos you send to ensure correct technique is used. This is unlimited and can be used as often as you like.
A pack emailed to you upon starting, explaining everything you need to know about macros with individual calorie requirements and macro split as well as a breakdown of what macro/micronutrients are and examples of carbohydrate, protein and fat sources. Updates made where appropriate.
Payments are made every four weeks with no pressure or expectation to continue. I only require a four-week commitment.
